Return Policy for purchases at plainmary.com:
We aim to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and customer service. As such, we stand behind the quality of our products 100%. Please note that depending on the item/s you have purchased, different return and exchange policies apply.

Customized Items
We do not accept returns on customized items. Please note that our play mats, changing pads and all items within our bedding line are considered "custom," in addition to any item/s noted as "custom" in the product description. All custom items are made to order, therefore we cannot resell them if returned. Please take care in entering the fabric color, correct monogram or name and embroidery instructions for all custom items. Please know, however, that if a mistake is made on our part that differs from our original order form, we will gladly remake your product and ship it at our cost, upon receipt of the defective item.

Non-Customized Items
For non-customized items, we accept returns for store credit, less shipping and handling fees, on any unused and unwashed items brought to our attention within 14 days of receipt of delivery and returned to us within 20 days of receipt of delivery. If we are not notified with your intention to return a product within 14 days of receipt of delivery, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects.

Prior to all returns, please call our Design Department toll free at 866-769-5175 to obtain a return approval code and ship your items back to:

Provided the return request and items received meet our return criteria, the customer will receive store credit, less shipping and handling fees, to be used at www.plainmary.com.

Return Policy for purchases through one of our retailers:
Sorry, we do not handle returns for items purchased through our retailers. Please refer to the point of origin retailer's return policy. If you are not sure about the point of origin, please feel free to contact us. If you made a purchase through our website, we will have documentation of the order, payment method and delivery receipt.

Shipping Information
We use UPS as our primary method of product delivery. We are not responsible for the cost to re-ship packages that are returned to us as 'non-deliverable.' The customer will be responsible for the costs associated with re-shipment in these instances. If, on the other hand, we make the addressing error, we will gladly re-ship the package to you in an expedited manner. For all non-US shipments, the customer will be responsible for all duties, tariffs and related import fees.
