Return Policy for purchases at plainmary.com:
We stand behind the quality of our products 100%. For non-customized items, we accept returns on any unused and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase.

Please note, Plain Mary does not accept returns on custom orders, furniture or monogrammed items. Our play mats and bedding sets are considered "custom" because they are all made to order, even if they are not embroidered. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects.

Prior to all returns, please call our Design Department toll free at 866-769-5175 to obtain a return approval code and ship your items back to:

Provided the return request and items received meet our return criteria, the customer will have the option of recieving a full refund or store credit, less shipping and handling fees.

Return Policy for purchases through one of our retailers:
We do not handle returns for items purchased through our retailers. Please refer to the point of origin retailer's return policy. If you are not sure about the point of origin, please feel free to contact us. If you made a purchase on our website, we will have documentation of the order and payment method.
